Here's a couple more of my swaps.  I'm really chuffed to see that the red and green Christmas Tree swap has been published on the Stampin' Up! UK Facebook Homepage!

I really love the way these stamps and punches co-ordinate.

This tag used the same design as the one above but I used Silver Shimmer paper and Brushed Silver Card.  I used a Whisper White Craft Ink pad for the words.  The to and from wording is from the Owl Occasions stamp set.

CONVENTION SWAPS 2012

Here's one of my convention swaps.  It can be used either as a little card or a gift tag. 

It opens up to give give a punched out edge to the front of the card.

I used:
Stamps: Owl Occasions
Card: Night of Navy, Garden Green, Whisper White and Real Red
Accessories: Circle punches 3/4", 1" & 1-3/8" and scallop circle punches 1-1/4" and 1-3/4".  I also used the new Dazzling Details in Cherry Cobbler.

BRIGHT BLOSSOMS THANK YOU CARD

Here's a card that I made for our Reading Training Event a few months ago.  The stamp set was originally in the Spring Mini but then was carried across into this years new Annual catalogue (which is great as I love this set)

I used:

Stamps - Bright Blossoms, Bordering on Romance and Just Believe

Card -  Lucky Limeade, Wisteria Wonder and Early Espresso 

Ink - Lucky Limeade, Wisteria Wonder and Early Espresso

Accessories -  2-3/8" Scallop circle punch, 1-3/4 circle punch and flowers from the Boho Blossoms punch and the Itty Bitty Shapes punch pack.  Also the Basic pearls and paper piercer and drew the stitches with an Early Espresso Marker Pen.

CONVENTION 2011 - MALE CARD SWAP

Please don't be too shocked that I've posted on my blog. Will try and do it more often now. Here's a card swap that I made suitable for a man (they are always difficult to make for). The way swaps work is that we take a number of card fronts that we have made and then swap them will fellow demonstrators. We all then get lots of new ideas.

MERRY CHRISTMAS CONVENTION SWAP FROM NOV 2010

OOPS I HAVEN'T UPDATED MY BLOG FOR A LONG TIME!!!

Apologies for not updating my blog for a while. Time seems to have passed so quickly and days turn into weeks and then months and I still haven't updated it. Over the next few weeks I will endeavor to put some cards and projects on that I have made but not put onto my blog. I'll try and update things a bit more often from now on!!!!

CONVENTION 2010

We have just returned from the European Stampin' Up! Convention which was in London this year. We had a fantastic time and met with lots of other demonstrators from the UK, Germany and France. It was great to catch up with some of the people that we met at last years Convention in Germany.

This is our table at the Awards Night. The photo shows our team plus Sandra and Angie fellow UK Demos and Eileen from Demo Support in Germany.


Here's a photo of myself and Eileen having a bit of a giggle. Eileen is a great help to us when we have any problems or questions. She is based in Germany and we speak on the phone regularly so its great when we can catch up each year.

This year the theme for Convention was Share What You Love and the stage was decked out in giant wooden stamp blocks.

Here's a picture of our team. Myself, Abi, Rosina and Steph went to London this year.

Here we are again with Shelli Gardner Co-Founder and CEO of Stampin' Up! She is a great lady and very down to earth.

We all had a fantastic time and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of becoming a Demonstrator.

Here's one of the scrapbook pages that I made from the show. You may have worked out by now that the colours that I was assigned were blues, greens & browns. This is a picture that I took of my hubbie when we were on honeymoon in Cuba.

Here's another card made with one of my favourite stamp sets - Trendy Trees. This set is a two step stamping set and creates some great images.

CREATIVE STITCHES AND HOBBY CRAFTS SHOW - EXETER

I have been a little bit slow in updating my blog. Four members of our team got together and had a stand at the Creative Stitches and Hobby Crafts Show in Exeter at the end of September. Unfortunately Steph was not around when we had our photo taken. From left we have Abi, Myself and Rosina. We had a great time and were very busy beforehand making cards and scrapbook pages for the stall. We met lots of lovely people and are hoping to meet some of these again very soon at home workshops and classes.
